I was just browsing the net for Cur dogs and came across your site and wanted to share my story about the 1st time I encountered the breed. I was around 9 or 10 yrs old and went to visit my great grandmother in Plantersville TX and when we got there this big yellow dog came out to greet us. He was very friendly. His name was Pup and loved on me like he had known me all my life. I immediately fell in love with the breed. I was speaking to my cousin who used to visit in the country with me tonight and he told me what the breeds name was and here I am 😁 I liked the way he would defend home when my Uncle brought his other dogs to my great grandmas house. Pup would bark bark bark and when they left would come and lick me on the face like he'd never been mad. This breed has a special place in my ❤ and just wanted to share that with yall and say keep up the good work with your breeding.

When we picked up our puppy at 8 weeks Mr. Hillis told us that we will know what kind of dog we will have in 6 months. He was dead on....Our dog Hutch is now 6 months old and he is FANTASTIC! Extremely smart, obedient, and eager to please. He is at home in the woods, great with my children and protective of our property. We have never owned a better dog. We picked up a little boy almost 2 weeks ago. We love him. He was taken care of so well and is a very good pup. He is already showing some of the family traits of his breed. We think he's going to be a great addition to the family and a good hunter. He is awesome with the kids and the other hounds we have. We couldn't be more pleased.

We bought a pup from you last year. He will be one August 9th. He's treeing squirrels already! He's so intelligent and well behaved. Couldn't ask for a better pup! Might be looking into getting him a friend soon! love the pictures of Texas Flash, thats our dog's dad!

Love the pictures of all your dogs, my husband and I have 2 Black mouth curs a red and a yellow, I just love this breed, keep up the good work. It is nice to see breeders that love their dogs, not jut trying to make money
